📍 Peterborough | 💷 Up to £25.65 per hour - Umbrella | ⏳ 12-Month Contract (Likely Extension)
We're looking for an Electronics & Instrumentation Technician to join a busy engineering team in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in electronics, instrumentation, calibration, or electrical testing who enjoys hands-on technical work and problem-solving.
Key Requirements:
- Electronics and/or precision instrumentation experience
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Understanding of wiring standards and regulations
- Experience with calibration, panel wiring, or test facilities is desirable

What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 Apprenticeship, HNC, or equivalent industry experience
- Backgrounds in aerospace, defence, military, or precision engineering highly desirable
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

The Role:
- Calibration, maintenance, and repair activities
- Preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis
- Support engineering projects and testing activities
- Work closely within a collaborative team of engineers and technicians
🕒 Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–4:00pm | Friday: 8:00am–3:30pm
📍 Fully onsite in Peterborough
🚫 No travel required
