🔌 Electronics Buyer | Keplin Group Limited | Uxbridge, Hybrid | £30,000–£34,000
Keplin Group is hiring an Electronics Buyer to join our growing team at Blake House, Cowley Business Park, Uxbridge.
We're a fast-moving, multi-brand consumer goods business selling across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and D2C - with licensed partnerships including Disney and Bluey. This role sits at the heart of our product strategy: sourcing directly from Far East suppliers, shaping our electronics range, and helping us stay ahead of what UK consumers want next.
If you want a buying career that involves real supplier negotiation, international travel, and genuine influence over what we sell, not just processing orders, then read on.
🌍 The Role
Reporting to the Category Manager, you'll take ownership of sourcing and procuring electronics products end to end. You'll build and manage supplier relationships across the Far East, negotiate on price and quality, and make sure goods land on time. Strong knowledge of Far East sourcing and product development is essential - Mandarin language skills are a big plus.
Beyond sourcing, you'll work across 12+ categories, analysing market trends and spotting product opportunities before they're obvious, managing purchase orders, and working closely with logistics to keep the supply chain running smoothly. Your work will directly shape Keplin's product portfolio and competitive position in the UK market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
