In this role, the successful Electronics Engineer or similar will design, develop and validate advanced electronic systems with a focus on battery management systems (BMS), working alongside software, mechanical and manufacturing engineers to deliver innovative products from concept through to production.
The Role:
- Designing and developing analogue, digital and power electronic circuits and systems
- Developing battery management systems (BMS) and embedded control electronics
- Producing schematic designs and PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD software
- Supporting prototype builds, testing, validation and debugging activities
- Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the full product lifecycle
Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 12:30pm (Early Friday Finish)
The Person:
- Electronics Engineer or similar
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar
- Experience with electronic design, PCB layout and embedded systems (Preferred)
- Experience using CAD packages such as Altium, KiCad or similar (Preferred)
- Knowledge of battery management systems, power electronics, EMC/EMI or embedded C/C++ (Preferred)
