Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and prosecuting UK, European, and international patent applications.
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients across the electronics sector.
- Providing strategic advice on patentability, freedom to operate, and IP protection.
- Working closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives.
- Handling a high level of direct client interaction and relationship management.
- Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider Intellectual Property team.

Requirements
- Part-qualified, single-qualified, or newly dual-qualified Patent Attorney.
- Technical background in Electronics, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- A commercial approach with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop within a leading Intellectual Property firm.
