We don’t just compete - we innovate, disrupt, and push beyond the limits of performance. We are driven by relentless ambition, cutting-edge technology, and the determination to win at every level.

We’re looking for someone to provide proactive, collaborative Quality Engineering support across Electronics Procurement, Test, Inspection, and suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality parts.

You will build strong relationships while promoting a robust quality assurance approach, supporting and challenging suppliers to improve performance and capability. You’ll also work closely with the Electronics Build Quality Engineer to develop and implement enhanced quality assurance processes across the department.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Deliver quality assurance strategies for the external electronics supply chain in line with leadership direction.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report supplier quality performance using data-driven and statistical methods.
  • Manage NCRs and supplier issues, ensuring timely resolution through structured problem-solving.
  • Support supplier improvement, risk reduction, and non-conformance resolution in partnership with procurement.
  • Plan and conduct supplier audits, driving risk mitigation and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams to support design for manufacture and ensure quality is built into processes and systems.
  • Act as the customer voice to suppliers, driving performance and strengthening relationships.
  • Support onboarding, capability assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives across internal and external processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
