About the Role
We are seeking a great hands-on technician with the following expertise and attributes:

Excellent soldering skills, particularly with smallest surface mount components
-
Hands-on experience in hand-reworking PCBs (pcb rework)
-
Experience working in development environments rather than production, including:
- Building circuit modifications
- Assembling prototype circuit breadboards based on informal briefs

Strong ** organisational skills**, including upkeep of the electronics lab and equipment

Familiarity with electronics CAD systems for:
- Finding information on PCB designs
- Creating PCB components
- Designing test boards

A can-do attitude with:
- Ability to assimilate new information
- Capacity to learn new skills quickly in a consultancy, dynamic environment

Good verbal and written communication skills required to interact with the entire DCA team and manage multiple requests efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Pipeling projects from exploratory and developmental stages to launch
- Assisting key international brands such as Bentley, GSK, Reckitt, Hitachi, Rolls-Royce, and Sanofi to solve complex challenges
- Building and refining prototypes or circuit designs
- Managing workload and adapting to multiple project timelines
Requirements
- Direct experience hand-soldering electronics to the highest standard, including tiny, delicate surface-mount components
- Strong working knowledge of PCBs and electronic circuit principles
- Relevant technical qualification to complement expertise and experience
- Preference for candidates able to work from our Warwick studio
- Legal right to work in the UK
