SailGP Technologies seeks a motivated Electronics Technician to join their high-performance team. The role involves hands-on technical support for the SailGP F50 fleet, product testing, and integration into broader technology initiatives.

As part of the team, you will:
- Work in Southampton, UK, with frequent international travel to events
- Engage with leading-edge marine electronics
- Develop skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Assist in build and assembly of F50 platforms and wings
- Prepare and maintain spares packages
- Provide practical electronics support at international events, including:
- Yacht build
- Maintenance
- Pack-down processes
Projects
- Collaborate on autonomous race projects and simulators
- Facilitate testing, integration, and troubleshooting activities
Collaboration
- Work closely with senior technicians and engineers on high-priority results
- Contribute to day-to-day electronics department operations

About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have strong electronic foundations, with experience in marine or high-performance environments preferred
- Are familiar with wiring standards and marine electronics hardware such as:
- System 25
- Raychem
- TE (Teleflex)
- Deutsch connectors
- Adhesives
- Demonstrate a firm attention to detail and commitment to quality work standards
- Exhibit good organisational and communication skills
- Work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Are motivated, forward-thinking, and eager to learn
- Can thrive in fast-paced, international event settings
- Are willing to travel internationally to support SailGP events
