Electronics Test Engineer
Location: Bedfordshire
We are seeking an Electronics Test Engineer to support the testing and validation of PCB assemblies and electronic products, with a particular focus on RF testing and ATE (Automated Test Equipment).
You will work across prototype, development, and production phases to ensure products meet performance, quality, and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out testing, fault-finding, and validation of PCB assemblies and electronic products
- Perform RF testing and measurement to verify product performance against specifications
- Support ATE-based test processes for production and product verification
- Diagnose faults at component, board, and system levels, and support root cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to enhance test coverage, product quality, and yield

Requirements
Electronics engineering experience, preferably in a test roles with:
- Strong background in PCB testing, diagnostics, and fault-finding
- Experience in RF testing and measurement techniques
- Familiarity with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation

Desirable
- Qualification in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience supporting prototype, NPI, or production test activities
- Knowledge of design for test (DFT) principles
- Experience in sectors such as telecoms, aerospace, defence, or high-reliability electronics
