Role Description
The Electrical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London, responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrical building services projects from inception to completion. This role includes managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring installations meet technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities involve liaising with clients, designers, suppliers, and site teams; reviewing drawings and documentation; organizing procurement and delivery of materials; and supervising installation, testing, and commissioning. The Electrical Project Manager will monitor progress, address issues promptly, conduct inspections, and ensure projects are delivered with minimal defects and high customer satisfaction. The role also requires preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and promoting continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management for electrical or building services projects, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Skills in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and availability of materials and equipment.
- Competence in Inspection activities, including quality checks, compliance verification, and overseeing testing and commissioning.
- Experience in Logistics Management, including scheduling, site coordination, and managing supply chains for multi-site projects.
- Relevant electrical engineering or building services background, with strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and health and safety practices.
- Proven ability to lead site teams, resolve technical and operational issues, and maintain clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Formal qualification in electrical engineering, building services, or a related discipline; professional memberships or certifications are an advantage.
