Role: Elite 3E Trainer

Length: 3 months initially
Outside IR35
Part time (3 days a week)

Role

We are seeking an experienced Elite 3E Contract Trainer to support the successful adoption of a newly implemented Elite 3E system within our client’s law firm. The successful candidate will work closely with legal, finance and business support teams, delivering engaging training sessions, creating user documentation, and providing hands-on support to ensure employees are confident and proficient in using the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led and one-to-one training sessions on Elite 3E across multiple user groups.
  • Develop and tailor training materials, user guides, quick reference documents and training exercises.
  • Assess training needs and adapt delivery methods to suit different levels of system knowledge and learning styles.
  • Provide floor-walking and post-training support to end users following system go-live.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and department leaders to identify knowledge gaps and training priorities.
  • Explain key Elite 3E processes, workflows and best practices in a clear and practical manner.
  • Facilitate training workshops for finance, billing, accounts, matter management and other business support functions.
  • Track training attendance, user feedback and adoption metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with the development of training schedules and rollout plans across the firm.
  • Support change management activities to encourage user engagement and system adoption.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering training on Elite 3E within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of Elite 3E functionality, workflows and associated business processes.
  • Previous experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with users at all levels, from operational teams to senior management.
  • Experience creating high-quality training documentation and learning resources.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical way.
  • Ability to assess user competency levels and adapt training approaches accordingly.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within a law firm or legal services organisation is highly desirable.
