Requirements Education: A Western-accredited 4-year BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is essential. Clinical Tenure: At least 4 years of recent experience in acute hospital settings (ICU, ER, or similar). Communication: Total English fluency (Native or C1 Advanced).
