Trades We Are Hiring For

- Plasterer (Multi-Trade) – Must be willing and able to undertake:
- Patchwork (small and larger areas)
- Thermal boarding
- Mould washes
Salary: £50,000 basic salary + Permanent, full-time employment with monthly pay.

This Role Is Not for Everyone
The Elite Operative role demands high standards, accountability, and responsibility. Candidates will be expected to:
- Achieve consistently strong KPIs and performance metrics
- Meet excellent quality inspection scores every project
- Demonstrate outstanding reliability, safety, and professionalism
- Communicate correctly and efficiently with all stakeholders
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment are clean, organised, and well-maintained
- Follow strict health and safety protocols asbestos best practices rigorously
- Familiarity, competence with technology will be required, especially when using PDAs
- Work independently (minimal supervision)
- Own every job from start to finish, taking full responsibility for success.
Experience Required
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance
- Relevant trade qualifications (if applicable)
- Full valid UK manual driving licence (no automatic vans available)
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Experience working in occupied properties
- Ability to manage workloads efficiently under pressure
