Join Gilmartins as an Elite Operative: €50,000 Basic
About the Role
Domestic Electrician Location: Working across West London and Thames Valley (Properties in: Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith, Fulham, Kensington, Chelsea, Richmond, Hillingdon, South Bucks, Slough, Reading, and Kingston upon Thames – must be willing to work in all areas)

Key Qualifications
Applicants must hold:
- A Qualified Domestic Electrician Status with:
- 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- BS7671:2018 (18th Edition) Wiring Regulations certification
- 2391 Testing & Inspection Qualification
- Full manual driving licence (no automatic vans available)

- Strong KPI performance with exceptional quality inspection scores
- Unmatched reliability and time management
- A well-organized, clean van and stock
- Strict adherence to health and safety and asbestos protocols
- Proficiency in company technology and PDAs
- Initiative to complete tasks independently and autonomously
- Full ownership of jobs from start to finish
Experience Required
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Proven experience in social housing reactive maintenance
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience working in occupied properties
- Ability to thrive under pressure during high workloads
