About the Role

We are building the best trade team in social housing repairs and are expanding rapidly. We are looking for experienced, high-performing operatives across North West London to join us as Elite Operatives.

Elite Operative Role Details

Trades We Are Hiring For

  • Plumbers
  • Multi Traders with basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and electrics skills

Salary & Benefits

A £50,000 basic salary,

  • Permanent, full-time employment with monthly pay
  • Company van and fuel card (business use only)

This Role Is NOT for Everyone

This is a role with high expectations, responsibility, and accountability. Successful candidates will be required to:

  • Consistently exceed KPI performance.
  • Maintain high-quality inspection scores without fail.
  • Demonstrate outstanding reliability and timekeeping.
  • Keep van stock organised, clean, and under controlled access.
  • Follow health and safety procedures strictly, including asbestos awareness.
  • Use technology (PDAs) correctly for efficient operations.
  • Work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Take full ownership of jobs from start to finish.

Experience Required

Applicants must have:

  • Proven experience in social housing reactive maintenance, showcasing expertise in upkeep and repairs.
  • Relevant trade qualifications where applicable.
  • A full manual driving licence (No automatic vans available).
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with tenants and colleagues.
  • Experience working in occupied properties without disruption.
  • Ability to work under pressure, efficiently manage workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
