Prioritize clinical safety and peer support. Secure an Elite Private Duty RN role in Bournemouth, delivering dual-shift 1:1 VIP healthcare under Western physicians. Integrate into a highly regulated concierge medicine framework where clinical safety, structure, and professional collaboration dictate every shift. We are currently recruiting a meticulous, team-focused registered nurse for a permanent engagement, focused entirely on personalized 1:1 healthcare for an 80-year-old VIP.

The defining element of this role is our uncompromising dual-shift structure.

You are completely protected by a system that requires two nurses to overlap continuously, ensuring you are never practicing alone and always have a fellow RN supporting your decisions. Your advanced critical care capabilities will be maximized within this top-tier multidisciplinary unit. You will operate under the direct clinical governance of a highly respected Western-trained Lead Doctor, interacting seamlessly with specialized Western-trained Physiotherapists.

Requirements Must hold a Western-accredited 4-year BSN (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing). At least 4 years of immediate past experience in demanding hospital environments (e.g., Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department). Flawless English communication skills (Native proficiency or documented C1 Advanced). Unrestricted capability to deploy globally for ongoing overseas assignments.
