About the role:
Join our Capital Markets team, built to deliver high-quality opinions on HFI transactions in a dynamic deals environment. Work on high-profile transactions, applying audit expertise and IFRS knowledge while collaborating with a supportive team that values consultation, development, and flexibility.
What your days will look like:
- Deliver assurance on complex transactions across industries
- Collaborate with PwC teams on multi-faceted projects
- Review prior audits, perform risk assessments, and analyse data
- Engage with client management to validate historical information

This role is for you if:
- Must possess a ICAEW/ICAS qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country
- Strong knowledge of PwC audit methodology and IFRS standards
- Attention to detail with ability to handle ambiguity under time pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability and strong project management skills in changing environments
- Commitment to continuous learning and collaborative teamwork
