Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time hybrid Email Administrator located in or near London, UK, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email systems, ensuring seamless functionality and deliverability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, providing efficient technical support to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize email management processes.
- Support clients in maintaining their email infrastructure and upholding sender reputation.
- Monitor and maintain email deliverability tools to ensure high-performance campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience
- Strong skills in Email Management, including maintenance and monitoring of email systems.
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for efficient issue resolution.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to work clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote work effectively.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Klaviyo, email deliverability tools, and industry best practices.
