Responsibilities
Your role will involve a mix of tasks, including:
- Managing email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database
- Copywriting and designing (with support from our Graphic Designer) high-performing email campaigns and content targeting events, such as webinars and conferences
- Continuously improving our future campaigns and strategies
- Acquiring and activating reactive leads
- Coordinating with the Content and Sales teams to ensure we reach the right target audience
- Managing our marketing inbox to sell tickets and drive registrations

Requirements & Expectations
We’re looking for someone with an unparalleled work ethic, a high sense of urgency, and an insatiable drive to excel. Your attitude should demonstrate:
- Ownership and proactivity—you follow through on commitments and take initiative
- Humble alignment with our passion for building and executing new businesses
- A bachelor's or master’s degree with outstanding results
- A UK work permit
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and verbally, with exceptional attention to detail
Start Date & Work Arrangements
Flexiblestart date available
We operate a Monday to Friday office-based model (our HQ is located near Victoria Station), and remote work is not currently offered.
