Your Responsibilities
Your role will be fast-paced and varied, including:
- Managing email marketing campaigns, database segmentation, and maximising CRM & customer database revenue opportunities
- Copywriting and designing (with input from internal Graphic Designers) compelling email campaigns targeting events (e.g., webinars, conferences)
- Continuously analysing, learning, and optimising email strategies for future success
- Acquiring and activating high-quality leads with agility
- Coordinating with Content & Sales teams to ensure messaging resonates with the ideal target audience
- Driving ticket sales and registrations through proactive management of our marketing inbox

Additionally, you must have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree (with outstanding academic results)
- A valid UK work permit
- Obsessive commitment to analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Exceptional English communication skills — exceptionally strong written and verbal proficiency, with a keen administrative eye for detail
Flexible Start Date
Service location: London (HQ, near Victoria Station)
- Operational schedule: Monday–Friday, in-office only (no remote work available).
