Help millions of writers become better storytellers.
ProWritingAid is looking for a Lifecycle Email Copywriter who understands both creative writers and conversion psychology.
This is not a traditional newsletter-writing role. You will own the messaging that activates new users, nurtures long-term engagement, and drives upgrades through lifecycle email campaigns. If you know how to turn onboarding sequences, product launches, and newsletters into high-performing growth engines, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Own
You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging email campaigns that guide users through the entire customer journey.
Key deliverables include:
-
Lifecycle & Nurture Campaigns
- Write and optimize onboarding sequences that activate new users.
- Develop lifecycle emails that increase feature adoption and product engagement.
- Build nurture campaigns that convert free users into paid subscribers.
- Create win-back and retention campaigns to reduce churn.
-
Product Launch Communications
- Write announcement emails for new features, updates, and product launches.
- Translate product capabilities into clear user benefits that drive adoption.
- Partner with product marketing to ensure launches generate strong engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
