Head Email Marketer – Unfolded

An Introduction to Unfolded

Unfolded exists to take on fast fashion—and prove there’s a better way to make clothes. We create beautifully designed pieces that are:

  • Better for the planet
  • Better for the people who make them
  • Better for the people who wear them

We co-create with our community and only make items after our customers want them, eliminating waste and creating positive impact. Founded in Edinburgh, we were born from founders who worked with big fashion brands to reduce waste, realising many didn’t truly want to change. So we built our own transparent, community-powered model that prioritises impact and integrity.

Over the past years:

  • We’ve grown to over 100,000 UK customers
  • Our passionate community cares about ethical fashion
  • With backing from leading VC funds and angel investors, we’re scaling fast

We’re seeking ambitious, purpose-driven people who want to transform one of the world’s most polluting industries. If you care about how clothes are made, this is where you’ll thrive!

The Role

We’re looking for a highly capable, hands-on Email Marketer to lead our email strategy, execution, design, copy, and data-driven optimisation across both acquisition and retention.

This role suits someone who:

  • Loves crafting beautiful, on-brand emails
  • Thrives on writing compelling copy
  • Builds smart automations in Klaviyo
  • Relies on data to drive continuous improvement

You’ll shape how Unfolded shows up in inboxes, driving revenue, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening our bond with our community of 100,000+ loyal customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
