The Role

We are on the lookout for an Email Marketing Assistant to support the end-to-end execution of campaigns, helping bring ideas to life from concept through to send across multiple regions.

Sitting within the Rest of World (ROW) CRM team, this role plays a key part in delivering impactful customer communications across global markets - a growing strategic focus for the business as we expand internationally.

Working across international markets, you’ll contribute to campaigns that drive growth in new territories, collaborating with teams across the business to ensure every communication is engaging, accurate and on brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a career in global CRM.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the delivery of email campaigns across multiple international markets
  • Assist in the end-to-end coordination of campaigns, from brief through to deployment, ensuring activity is delivered on time and aligned to the agreed plan
  • Build, schedule and deploy campaigns across markets, ensuring accurate localisation and completing thorough QA, proofing and testing to deliver error-free, on-brand communications
  • Work closely with wider CRM teams (UK & US) to ensure alignment across campaigns and support consistent execution across regions
  • Work collaboratively with design, copy, web, and buying & merchandising teams to ensure customer journey, product, tone, branding and messaging are consistent and commercially effective
  • Ensure alignment between briefs, creative mocks and final builds, coordinating updates and changes with relevant stakeholders where needed
  • Support the briefing and setup of marketing promotions, working with web teams to ensure they are delivered on time, thoroughly tested and signed off to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Carry out international market and competitor research, supporting the team with insights such as local events, public holidays and regional nuances
  • Maintain campaign trackers, calendars and documentation, providing administrative and operational support to the ROW CRM team as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We Are

Once upon a shirt, Nicholas Charles Tyrwhitt Wheeler (whilst studying Geography at Bristol University – we might add) had the notion that he could make a better shirt at better value than anyone else in the world! He believed that all men; no matter their shape or size, where they may be in the world or indeed their budget; should be able to own a Jermyn Street quality shirt. A proper shirt. A CT shirt. That was over 3 decades ago and whilst Charles Tyrwhitt (it rhymes with spirit by the way) is still famous for proper shirts, these days we are about so much more than collars and cuffs. Our purpose is to “make it easy for men to dress well”. We take care of a chap’s entire wardrobe, providing stylish solutions for every occasion. We make sure he gets what he wants, when and how he wants it.

‘I am Proud and Free to be me!’

When it comes to our people, we really do “Give a shirt”.

Tyrwhitteers (our people) are a diverse, passionate and entrepreneurial bunch. We enjoy a fun, engaging and rewarding culture, where everyone is empowered by our 3 BE-liefs which are; “BE the BOSS”, “BE the CUSTOMER” and “BE the BEST”.
