Your Responsibilities (varying but core to the role)
Core Focus Areas
Email Marketing
- Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimisation for:
- Newsletters.
- Product updates.
- Exclusive promotions.
Digital Growth Management
- Lead LinkedIn growth—our primary audience channel—with frequent content testing.
- Extend reach across YouTube, and establish our Twitter presence.
Brand Visuals
- Oversee graphic design, ensuring consistency and strength across all marketing channels.
Website & UX
- Work on SEO, UX optmisation, and new content formats that align with brand identity.
Data-Driven Decisions
- Continually analyse and improve performance metrics across all channels (KPIs).
- Paid advertising and PPC campaign management.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Connect with other departments to co-develop content.
- Keep teams informed about brand progress.

What We Expect From You
This role is entry-level with no prior experience required—we train candidates from all experience levels. Non-UK applicants are not eligible.
Basic Eligibility
- Must hold a UK work permit.
- Must have achieved a bachelors/masters degree, or be working towards a university qualification.
