Your Responsibilities (varying but core to the role)

Core Focus Areas

Email Marketing

  • Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimisation for:
    • Newsletters.
    • Product updates.
    • Exclusive promotions.

Digital Growth Management

  • Lead LinkedIn growth—our primary audience channel—with frequent content testing.
  • Extend reach across YouTube, and establish our Twitter presence.

Brand Visuals

  • Oversee graphic design, ensuring consistency and strength across all marketing channels.

Website & UX

  • Work on SEO, UX optmisation, and new content formats that align with brand identity.

Data-Driven Decisions

  • Continually analyse and improve performance metrics across all channels (KPIs).
  • Paid advertising and PPC campaign management.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Connect with other departments to co-develop content.
  • Keep teams informed about brand progress.

What We Expect From You

This role is entry-level with no prior experience required—we train candidates from all experience levels. Non-UK applicants are not eligible.

Basic Eligibility

  • Must hold a UK work permit.
  • Must have achieved a bachelors/masters degree, or be working towards a university qualification.
