This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Email Marketing Designer → CRO Designer based in United Kingdom.
This role is designed for a creative marketing designer who wants to evolve beyond visual execution and specialize in conversion-driven experiences.
- You will create high-performing email campaigns, landing pages, and A/B test variations that directly impact revenue growth for eCommerce brands.
- The position combines strong design skills with data-informed thinking, allowing you to learn and apply conversion optimization principles.
- You will collaborate closely with CRO specialists, developers, marketers, and creative teams to transform strategies into compelling customer experiences.
- This opportunity is ideal for a designer who enjoys experimentation, continuous learning, and creating work measured by business results.
You will have ownership over meaningful projects while developing expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital design.
Accountabilities
The Email Marketing Designer → CRO Designer will create conversion-focused digital experiences that help eCommerce brands improve performance, increase engagement, and generate measurable business impact.
- Design high-converting landing pages optimized for user experience, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Create A/B test design variations based on conversion optimization strategies and performance insights.
- Develop marketing email designs that support customer acquisition, retention, and sales objectives.
- Translate CRO strategies into clear, effective, and visually compelling design solutions.
- Collaborate with CRO Strategists, Project Managers, Developers, Copywriters, and Media Buyers to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Apply strong design principles while working within real-world eCommerce and Shopify platform constraints.
- Continuously improve design quality by analyzing results, testing new approaches, and incorporating feedback.
- Support multiple client projects while maintaining strong attention to detail, consistency, and deadlines.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept through final delivery.
- Stay curious and continuously develop expertise in conversion-focused design practices and eCommerce trends.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a talented designer with experience creating marketing assets and a strong interest in developing expertise in conversion rate optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern digital design workflows.
- Previous experience designing marketing emails with a focus on engagement and performance.
- Experience designing for eCommerce brands, preferably within Shopify environments.
- Understanding of conversion-focused design principles, user behavior, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with marketing emails, landing pages, or other performance-driven digital experiences.
- Agency experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to transform strategic concepts into clean, effective, and user-focused designs.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with cross-functional teams.
