The Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Email Marketing Executive to join our Retention team. Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, you'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of our daily Email and SMS communications across global territories, ensuring every campaign is delivered to a best-in-class standard. You'll play a hands-on role across the entire campaign lifecycle, from briefing and scheduling through to reporting and analysis. Alongside delivering high-standard campaigns, you'll bring curiosity and fresh thinking, always looking for opportunities to improve creative, processes and performance. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Design, Copy, Buying & Merchandising and Web, you'll help ensure Email remains a highly effective commercial channel while continuing to develop your own skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end execution of BAU Email and SMS campaigns, from brief through to deployment, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard
- Manage the email workflow within Asana, ensuring campaigns progress smoothly through each stage of the process across multiple territories
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Design, Copy, Buying & Merchandising, Web and the wider Marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently
- Support the development of the monthly Email and SMS contact plan, contributing campaign ideas based on the wider marketing calendar, previous performance and commercial priorities
- Produce insight-led creative briefs using customer data, campaign learnings, competitor activity and best practice to continuously improve campaigns
- Support with localisation for specific regions - strategize and adapt plans, and serve as the primary representative for the email channel in region specific meetings
- Monitor campaign performance, tracking key KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention and commercial performance. Present campaign results, learnings and recommendations to the Email Marketing Manager and wider stakeholders, ensuring insights are translated into future activity
- Continuously review existing ways of working, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and campaign effectiveness
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and emerging best practice, bringing new ideas into the team
- Investigates customer service queries and provides support on customer service requests as and when required

What We Are Looking For
- Marketing (or relevant) Undergraduate degree – relevant experience will also be considered
- Experience in a marketing role ideally in retail with experience in Email & CRM
- Excellent written English
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional campaign accuracy
- The ability to work both as part of a team and to take individual initiative
- Strong communicator, confident working with stakeholders across multiple departments
- Commercially aware, with an interest in understanding customer behaviour and how Email supports wider business objectives
- Creative eye with a passion for delivering engaging customer communications
- Positive and solutions-focused, remaining calm and adaptable in a fast-paced trading environment
- Experience building emails in an ESP (Bloomreach experience a plus but not required)
- Understanding of Email marketing best practice and campaign execution
- Knowledge of project management tools, such as Asana, a plus
- Experience working with SMS marketing advantageous

That was over 3 decades ago and whilst Charles Tyrwhitt (it rhymes with spirit by the way) is still famous for proper shirts, these days we are about so much more than collars and cuffs. Our purpose is to “make it easy for men to dress well”. We take care of a chap’s entire wardrobe, providing stylish solutions for every occasion. We make sure he gets what he wants, when and how he wants it.
