About the role

Title: Email Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Email Marketing Manager

Location: Southwark, London (office based 3-days per week)

Salary: Competitive starting salary of £30,000

Email is our best-performing marketing channel — and we're investing to make it even stronger. As we grow our reach across events and campaigns, we're looking for a junior Email Marketing Executive to take email from a high-performing channel to a core commercial driver for the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience across the full email marketing lifecycle — from campaign build and copywriting to segmentation, automation, and testing — while working closely with an experienced manager who can mentor and develop your skills.

You'll play a key role in helping us increase output, improve quality, expand testing, and build smarter, more personalised customer journeys, all while directly supporting sales through stronger lead generation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
