Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Email Marketing Manager based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Email Marketing Manager will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing marketing automation platforms
- Implementing lead-generation strategies

- Maintaining effective customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Collaborating closely with the marketing team, the Email Marketing Manager will ensure campaigns align with overall business goals and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Marketing Automation tools and platforms
- Strong knowledge of Marketing and Lead Generation strategies
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Proven ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with Klaviyo is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
