About us

Royal Museums Greenwich is a collection of diverse historical sites. The sites are the National Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark, the Royal Observatory, and the Queen’s House. Each of these sites has a unique identity and a common purpose to serve our communities, through sharing our collections and expertise. We are a place to explore the sea, space, art and history, and our strategy ‘Charting Our Course’ puts people at the core of its success.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to help deliver engaging, insight-led campaigns that inspire people to visit our historic sites, discover our collections, support our work and become lifelong advocates for Royal Museums Greenwich.

Working as part of our Marketing team, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering targeted email campaigns, developing customer journeys and making the most of our CRM and audience data to grow engagement and revenue. You'll also support the Museum's exciting CRM transformation programme as we continue to develop a more personalised and data-driven approach to customer communications.

As our Email Marketing Specialist, you'll support the delivery of our email marketing programme from planning through to reporting, helping ensure every campaign reaches the right audience with the right message at the right time. You'll develop and optimise customer journeys, create audience segments, test new approaches, and use campaign insights to continually improve performance. You'll work closely with colleagues across Marketing and the wider Museum to deliver campaigns that drive ticket sales, online retail, audience engagement and brand awareness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
