CRM and Email Marketing Manager
We're In Digital, a thriving digital growth agency based in Covent Garden and ranked as one of the best places to work in the UK – and we're currently seeking a CRM and Email Marketing Manager to join our brilliant team of marketers!
At In Digital, you will have the chance to build your skills across customer marketing, working hands-on with prestigious brands such as The Financial Times, Experian and Sky.
This is a great opportunity for a data-driven, hands-on email marketer who enjoys the technical side of CRM – building, QA-ing and optimising campaigns – and wants to grow their skills within a fast-paced agency.
What will you do?
You will support the delivery of client projects, working closely with our CRM Managers. This work varies but could include:
- Building and deploying email, push, and SMS campaigns in tools like Braze, Hubspot or SMFC, including audience segmentation, dynamic content, and automated journeys.
- Hands-on coding and troubleshooting of email templates using HTML and CSS.
- QA-ing campaigns thoroughly before send, checking rendering, links, personalisation and segmentation logic.
- Supporting the build and maintenance of always-on and lifecycle automations across the customer journey.
- Assisting with data and audience management, ensuring segments and lists are accurate and up to date.
- Analysing campaign performance, pulling reports, and identifying trends and opportunities to improve results.
- Running A/B and multivariate tests, and using the results to inform future campaigns.
- Maintaining CRM calendars and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time.
- Building strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
