Email Marketing Specialist (HubSpot)
Contract: 3–6 months
Start: Late July - August
Location: London (some working days in the office)
We're supporting a fast-growing business in a regulated industry to find an experienced Email Marketing Specialist (HubSpot) for an initial 3–6 month freelance contract.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll be responsible for building, managing and executing HubSpot activity across a complex B2B sales environment. Working closely with commercial and marketing teams, you'll ensure campaigns, workflows and CRM processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and execute HubSpot campaigns and communications.
- Create and maintain workflows, automations and CRM processes.
- Support lead management and lifecycle activity across a complex B2B sales funnel.
- Partner with commercial and marketing stakeholders to optimise HubSpot usage and campaign delivery.
- Maintain data quality and CRM best practice across the platform.

Skills Needed:
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Experience working within a regulated industry or a complex B2B sales environment.
- Confident managing CRM, automation and campaign execution from end to end.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced business.
- Available to start around late July - August.
