Job Description

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to oversee our email campaigns, develop automation workflows, and analyse email performance metrics to refine and enhance our marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll play a key part in customer acquisition and engagement, utilising data-driven insights to elevate our email marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailshake
  • Automate marketing workflows to scale email outreach effectively
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign KPIs and metrics
  • Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns for maximum impact

Qualifications

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have strong proficiency in email marketing and CRM platforms like Mailshake, Braze, etc.
  • Possess solid experience in email analytics
  • Are skilled in basic copywriting and email design

We’d Be Thrilled If You Also Bring

  • Advanced expertise in Mailshake, including email creation, workflows, and analytics
  • Familiarity with HTML for email customization and troubleshooting
  • Experience with design tools like Figma and Canva
  • Knowledge of A/B testing setup and result analysis
  • Experience using additional channels like SMS, push notifications, and live chat
