In this pivotal role, you will shape and lead UCLH Private Healthcare’s international office service that connects patients, embassies, and healthcare teams, ensuring care is seamless, responsive, and of the highest standard.
About the Role
This is an opportunity for a confident and culturally aware leader who thrives on building strong external relationships while driving operational excellence internally. The post holder will be the first point of contact with Gulf Health Offices in London, working to increase referrals and maintain strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage our team of Arabic Advocates who support patients and their families with translation services and cultural support as they navigate the UK health system and being in a foreign country.
- Lead and develop a high-performing service that supports international patients and builds trusted relationships with global partners.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical teams, administrative functions, and external stakeholders, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, responsiveness, and patient experience.
- Use your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex situations, drive service improvements, and support business growth.
- Champion culturally sensitive care, guide teams to deliver exceptional standards, and use insight and data to enhance performance.
