About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and collaborating across the UK and global teams, this critical role is dedicated to securing net new enterprise customers across the EMEA region through the full new business sales cycle.

  • Closing several of the largest new business deals in company history in recent quarters

Your Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Drive net new enterprise revenue in the EMEA region by securing contracts with new customers
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to conversion
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outbound efforts and inbound lead qualification
  • Prospect daily via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and strategic outreach
  • Engage senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, particularly in cybersecurity and digital risk
  • Lead complex sales conversations, clearly positioning Netcraft’s value to multi-stakeholder environments
  • Draft and deliver compelling proposals, collaborating with technical teams as needed
  • Ensure accurate Salesforce pipeline visibility with consistent, high-quality activity tracking
  • Share insights on reducing sales cycles, improving effectiveness, and enhancing market positioning
  • Maintain professionalism, credibility, and integrity in all customer interactions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
