Our Gas Turbine Aero business is known for its agility, customer focus, and ability to deliver when it matters most. We’re a trusted partner across EMEA, helping customers maximise the value of their assets and keep their operations moving. As Area Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse and high-potential EMEA territory, with the freedom to shape your approach, target key accounts, and drive growth. What You’ll Be Doing Owning and delivering revenue growth across your EMEA territory Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities Building strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers Developing and executing account plans and territory strategies Leading commercial discussions and negotiating high-value deals Maintaining a strong pipeline and delivering consistent results Acting as the voice of the customer within the business What We’re Looking For Proven track record in sales within the gas turbine sector (essential) Strong commercial mindset with a passion for winning new business Experience managing complex, multi-country accounts Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels Self-driven, independent, and comfortable working home-based Willingness to travel across the EMEA region What we offer you Given the role can be based anywhere across the EMEA region and the candidate is open to travel, we will always look to employ individuals on a local, in‑country contract, with relevant local terms and conditions applied.
