EMEA Benefits Analyst
Location: London
Contract Duration: 12-Month Contract
Work Model: Hybrid
Salary: Up to £64,000 per annum
I'm currently supporting a global technology organisation with the search for an experienced EMEA Benefits Analyst to join their high-performing Benefits team on a 12-month contract.

- 5+ years' experience in employee benefits within a large, multinational organisation
- Strong knowledge of EMEA benefits programmes and operations
- Experience supporting benefits systems, data audits, and process improvements
- Exposure to annual benefits renewals and vendor management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, working across HR, Payroll, and external providers
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting benefits programmes across multiple EMEA countries while contributing to a range of operational and project-based initiatives.
