EMEA Benefits Program Manager
EMEA Benefits Team Opportunity
About the Role
We have an exceptional and outstanding opportunity within the Adobe EMEA Benefits team.
Reporting to the EMEA Head of Benefits, this role will involve designing, delivering, and measuring the success of our benefits offerings across the region.
With our benefits philosophy, we focus on creating inclusive, competitive, and value-driven benefits programs that provide peace of mind for employees. Key priorities include ensuring seamless experiences and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EMEA Benefits Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously improve healthcare, risk (life/disability), pension, and wellbeing programs, aligning them with global policies and local market competitiveness.
- Own Wellbeing Strategy: Drive the EMEA Wellbeing strategy, collaborating with global teams to launch localized and impactful initiatives supporting employee health, engagement, and productivity.
- Pension Management: Lead pension-related projects, including plan design changes, harmonization efforts, and regulatory compliance across the region.
- Benefits Operations: Oversee end-to-end benefits management, ensuring programs are cost-effective, compliant, and deliver a positive employee experience.
- Annual Renewals & Negotiations: Manage benefits renewals and vendor negotiations for key EMEA countries to optimize plan design, vendor selection, and cost control.
- Vendor Governance: Act as the primary point of contact for regional benefits vendors, managing governance, performance, and service delivery excellence.
- Issue Resolution: Handle complex benefits queries, support Benefits Analysts, and ensure timely resolutions to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal) to ensure seamless benefits delivery and alignment with broader human capital strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to enhance the competitiveness and effectiveness of EMEA benefits programs.
- Process Optimization: Drive automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements in benefits operations.

Requirements for Success
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience managing stakeholders (e.g., EMEA Benefits Committee, Payroll, brokers, vendors).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous growth and development within the Benefits Centre of Excellence.
