Overview

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Reports to: Director, Global Benefits
  • Travel: Minimal

We’re hiring an EMEA Benefits professional to support and coordinate employee benefits across multiple European countries. This role needs hands-on experience navigating regional vendors, country-level practices, and multi-country benefits administration.

The role ensures employees have access to health, wellness, pensions, and leave programs while maintaining compliance with local statutory regulations and labor laws.

You will partner closely with the Global Benefits Team, HR, Legal, Finance, and external vendors, leveraging AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administer EMEA benefits programmes, including health & welfare, wellness, pensions, and leave.
  • Manage enrolments, changes, terminations, renewals, and ongoing programme maintenance.
  • Support compliance with local regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies, including audits and data reviews.
  • Coordinate with brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators to ensure smooth delivery and resolve issues.
  • Support employees and HR with benefits and leave queries, ensuring accurate pay and a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain and validate benefits data, produce reporting on participation and costs, and use AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • Experience:
    • Experience supporting benefits across multiple EMEA countries (including key markets such as Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Switzerland, Ireland, and the Netherlands)
    • Experience with European benefits administration, vendors, and compliance practices
    • Exposure to pensions, risk benefits, leave, and wellbeing programmes across Europe
  • Skills:
    • Ability to work across country stakeholders, payroll, HRIS, and external providers
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Additional:
