EMEA Channel Marketing Manager
Overview
Allspring is seeking an EMEA Channel Marketing Consultant to join its International Marketing team. Reporting into the Head of International Channel Marketing, this role will drive high ‑ quality execution of Allspring’s EMEA channel marketing strategy, including event management, social media support, campaign coordination, and project management of key content deliverables. The position requires strong collaboration with regional sales, global marketing partners, and external vendors.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of physical and digital events, including pre ‑ event strategy, project management, vendor coordination, logistics, onsite support, and post ‑ event reporting. Identify and evaluate industry events and sponsorship opportunities within the wholesale and institutional channels to support business objectives and enhance brand visibility in the region. Organise and support proprietary and co‑branded events and webinars, acting as the central coordinator across internal stakeholders and external partners. Deliver actionable campaign and event analytics, synthesising insights to inform sales engagement and client demand trends. Develop and deliver social media communications, creating written posts to amplify Allspring EMEA events, awards, and marketing activities across Europe Support localised marketing initiatives across priority EMEA markets, tailoring content and campaigns to regional needs and cultural nuances. Manage ad hoc digital event and webinar support, including promotions, execution logistics, and follow ‑ up communications. Oversee compliance approvals for marketing materials, ensuring adherence across regional regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services or asset management. Experience delivering events for institutional and wholesale audiences within the EMEA region. Demonstrated success in end ‑ to ‑ end event management across physical and digital environments. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder ‑ management skills. An additional European language would be an advantage but is not required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Comfortable operating independently in a matrixed, global organisation Ability to think strategically while executing detailed project plans independently. Ability to work in a fast ‑ paced environment, managing multiple deadlines with accuracy. Flexible, proactive, and collaborative working style. Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time Operate computer programs and software Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public) Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.
