About the Role
This is a highly visible EMEA coordination role within a global healthcare organisation, supporting the delivery of regional commercial, operational, and customer excellence initiatives.
The role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, working with data, coordinating projects, and supporting international teams. A core part of the position will be the day-to-day administration and ongoing development of a newly launched IT platform across the EMEA region. You will help ensure that data is accurate, users are supported, processes are followed, and the platform continues to deliver value across the business.
This is not a traditional administration or admin assistant role. While there will be important operational and coordination tasks involved, the role requires someone proactive, confident, and self-driven — someone who can work independently, manage priorities, spot areas for improvement, and help move projects forward.
Key Responsibilities
EMEA Platform and Data Ownership
You will act as a central point of coordination for a newly launched regional IT platform, supporting its effective use and adoption across EMEA.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking day-to-day ownership of platform administration across the region.
- Maintaining accurate, complete, and consistent data.
- Supporting users across different countries and functions.
- Helping embed clear and consistent ways of working.
- Identifying data gaps, process issues, or inefficiencies and helping to resolve them.
- Supporting data readiness and information quality for commercial, customer excellence, and sales excellence activity.
Commercial Tracking and Dashboards
You will work closely with commercial analysts and sales excellence stakeholders who develop and maintain commercial tracker dashboards, reporting tools, and performance insight across the region.
This will include:
- Coordinating accurate country inputs for regional dashboards and trackers.
- Supporting consistency across commercial reporting processes.
- Helping identify and resolve gaps, errors, or issues in reporting workflows.
- Ensuring platform data and commercial trackers are aligned where required.
- Supporting the flow of accurate information between country teams, commercial excellence, sales excellence, and regional leadership.
You do not need to be a technical analyst, but you must be comfortable working with data, trackers, and dashboards, and understand how accurate information supports commercial performance and decision-making.
Project Coordination
You will support and own a range of EMEA projects and ad-hoc initiatives, helping to ensure delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
