EMEA Communications Senior Manager
EMEA Internal Communications Senior Manager
Location: Reading, UK
Duration: End of year initially
Hours: 35 hours per week
Work style: Hybrid (1 day on site in Reading)
Roles and Responsibilities
This role strengthens the employee experience and business awareness across EMEA through clear, effective communication, stronger collaboration, and support for teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is business-focused, proactive, agile, and passionate about delivering engaging, innovative communication initiatives. This will involve:
- Execute the End-to-End EMEA internal communications plan ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and equipped to execute business strategy and understand our progress against it.
- Serve as communications advisor to EMEA Head of Supply Chain to ensure one voice across the organization.
- Support change communications for EMEA in partnership with HR.
- Support internal communications for the Group President EMEA.
- Manage regional content for the intranet.
- Be an active member of the Global Employee Engagement Center of Excellence to shape global content and initiatives for the region.
- Generate and leverage key insights from audience research to continuously refine and improve internal communications.
- Track KPIs to monitor performance.

Requirements
- University/Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, or similar field required.
- At least 10 years of experience in creating and executing high-quality internal communications strategies for global organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver value and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen.
- Expert fluency in written English, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Excellent writing skills, with a keen eye for detail and audience engagement.
- Natural collaborator who excels in relationship building, stakeholder management and teamwork. Ability to work with cross-functional, geographically, and culturally diverse teams.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines, remaining calm under pressure.
Details
This is a contract position initially until the end of 2026. It’s a hybrid position, with ideally 1 day a week on site in Reading. This role is 35 hours per week.
