*Job Purpose
Customer & Marketing Insights Lead (EMEA)
Join PHINIA as a hands-on leader transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive:
- Revenue growth
- Margin improvement
- Stronger customer engagement
You will shape PHINIA’s cross-market data and insights roadmap, ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with EMEA priorities (growth, retention, product mix, and cost effectiveness).
*Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the EMEA customer & marketing data roadmap, closely linked to high-level business objectives.
- Analyse large datasets across customer behaviour, pricing, products, and digital activity to identify performance drivers.
- Build and own scalable Power BI semantic models and dashboards, converting complex data into clear, dashboards.
- Utilise advanced statistical techniques (regression, hypothesis testing) to quantify success drivers and enable informed decision-making.
- Integrate internal and external data sources while ensuring:
- Consistency of KPIs and measurement frameworks.
- Ethical/GDPR compliance in data handling.
- Develop best practices for data modelling, analytics, and storytelling across the organisation.
- Create reliable profiles for customer segmentation and performance tracking, to inform targeting strategies.

What We’re Looking For
*Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven analytics leadership experience in multi-market/matrix organisations, with a demonstrated ability to impact business outcomes.
- Power BI expertise in latency-performing semantic models, semantic models, and advanced DAX queries.
- Strong SQL aptitude, with experience managing multiple data sources.
- Seventh skills in commercial strategy, particularly on revenue/margin/customer relations.
- Ability to drive results with imperfect or evolving data – a hands-on, analytical mindset.
*Strongly Preferred
- Experience in pricing analytics high performing insights
- Development methodologies, including churn analysis, profitability assessment, and discount structures.
- Python or R for custom coding and automation.
- Administration in re-usable data assets (dasset libraries, customised templates).
*Optional
- AI/ML pioneerhip Methodology, LLM techniques for faster analysis, with strict result validation.
- Knowledge of modern data practices: data pipelines, incremental refresh, code collaboration (version control).
*Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or an equivalent.
