About Tavily
Tavily provides the search and retrieval infrastructure powering AI applications and agents. Backed by Nebius, we're helping enterprises and developers connect AI systems to trusted, real-time information. We're hiring our first Enterprise Account Executive in EMEA to build and scale the region.
The Role
As Tavily's founding EMEA Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle across strategic enterprise accounts, from pipeline creation through close. You'll help define our go-to-market motion, establish our presence in the region, and work closely with leadership to shape the future of the business.

What You'll Do
- Own enterprise sales across EMEA from prospecting to close
- Build pipeline through outbound, partnerships, events, and your network
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Apply MEDDPICC qualification and Command of the Message methodologies
- Engage technical, business, and executive buyers
- Partner with product and engineering teams to drive customer success and product feedback
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and deliver accurate forecasts
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS, AI, infrastructure, cloud, or developer-tool sales experience
- Proven success closing complex six- and seven-figure deals
- Strong MEDDPICC discipline and value-based selling skills
- Experience selling to technical and executive audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building from zero to one
- Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments
