Are you a commercially-minded Finance Director looking for an opportunity to influence strategy across an international, private equity-backed business?

We're exclusively supporting a rapidly growing international group in the appointment of an EMEA Finance Director. Reporting directly to the US based CFO, you'll lead finance across the UK, Europe and South Africa, partnering with senior leadership to drive growth, acquisitions and financial performance.

With the current investor recently recommitting through a new investment vehicle and an ambitious acquisition strategy already underway, this is an exciting time to join the business.

The Opportunity

This isn't a role where you'll spend your time producing month-end accounts.

You'll inherit an established finance team, allowing you to focus on commercial leadership, business partnering, strategic planning and developing the finance function as the business continues to scale.

The EMEA region is forecast to grow 60-100% this year, and is on track for significant further growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions. The wider global group generates approximately £300m turnover.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
