EMEA Finance Leader
Regional Finance Leader EMEA – Head of Finance / Finance Director / CFO Level
Pax8 is seeking an influential senior finance professional to join as Regional Finance Leader EMEA, operating at Head of Finance, Finance Director, or CFO level. This high-visibility leadership role empowers you to drive strategic financial decisions across EMEA markets without needing a large organizational department.

Qualifications & Experience
✔ Core Requirements
- Senior-level finance leadership (Head of Finance, Finance Director, or CFO experience preferred) in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Proven EMEA expertise with multi-market, multi-regulatory challenges (Navigating structures across diverse regulatory landscapes and cost centres).
- Director-level Commercial & Deal-Structuring: Hands-on experience in pricing strategy, margin optimisation, and deal desks.
- Deep FP&A skills: Mastery of forecasting, scenario modeling, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Business Partnering: Ability to advise C-level executives and develop data-driven strategies that inform high-stakes commercial decisions.

Technical & Soft Skills
- Financial qualifications: CPA, ACA, CFA or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Technical fluency: Advanced proficiency in FP&A tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel), ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP).
- Communication: Fluent in English (knowledge of other European languages a plus).

💰 Competitive Compensation:
- Salary range upper c: £150,000
