EMEA Growth Associate
Growth Operations – Digital Content & Tech Lead (EMEA)

This is a newly created role at the heart of AKQA's EMEA growth function. You’ll work directly with regional leadership to drive the systems, rhythms, and materials that help us develop and win new business—and deepen our relationships with existing clients.
It’s a role for someone with the ambition to grow fast and a drive to make things happen. You’ll be the backbone of how we win and develop business across the region—balancing complexity, keeping our leaders connected, prepared, and proactive, and building a deep understanding of how a world-class agency functions. This is a genuine launchpad into client services, strategy, or business development, and you’ll work alongside senior leaders across EMEA, seeing the full arc of agency life—from spotting business opportunities to fostering long-term client relationships and shaping regional strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
Pipeline & Salesforce Management
- Serve as the EMEA growth team’s Salesforce expert
- Own data quality, reporting, and pipeline accuracy while responding to ad-hoc queries
- Maintain up-to-date pipeline records that enable confident financial and strategic decision-making
- Generate timely, insight-driven reports for monthly and quarterly regional business reviews
- Be the go-to reference point for all pipeline-related matters
Growth Meeting Orchestration
- Schedule and coordinate the full EMEA growth calendar, including:
- Senior leadership calls with key clients
- Bi-annual client planning reviews for top-tier accounts
- Status updates and strategy sessions ensuring seamless delivery

Deck Design & Production
- Design and produce presentation decks aligned with AKQA’s standards
- Credentials, case studies, business reviews, and pitch materials
- Transform raw inputs into clean, structured, on-brand slides
- Ready for global, regional, and client audiences
- Maintain high visual appeal and professionalism
Regional Reporting Support
- Gather and synthesise insights for regional business reviews
- Compile studio updates, extract Salesforce data, and collate into concise reports
- Enable executive leadership to act on opportunities with clarity
Materials Repository & Knowledge Management
- Build and maintain a well-organised repository of AKQA’s best work:
- Credentials, case studies, thought leadership, QBRs, and winning pitch decks
- Ensure that critical materials are accessible, reusable, and submitted consistently
Culture & Collaboration
- Earn trust as an embedded, collaborative team member within the EMEA growth function
- Develop relationships across diverse studios, working with both lateral and senior peers
- Champion a can-do attitude, operating diplomatically and with discretion

- Fluent and polished verbal/written skills:
- Draft professional yet concisely engaging emails, meeting agendas, notes, and briefs
- Speak to all levels, from frontline to executives and clients
- Confident and adaptable in high-stakes situations
Systems & Data Confidence
- Intuition for CRM/pipeline management tools (Salesforce in particular is a plus)
- Quick learning curve, pride in data integrity, and ability to troubleshoot
- Not afraid to challenge and improve processes when better solutions appear

- Slack and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic proficiency in Figma & Keynote
- Familiarity with project/workflow apps is a bonus
