EMEA Growth Associate
Newly Created Growth Operations Role – AKQA (EMEA)

About the Role
This is a newly created position at the core of AKQA’s EMEA growth function, reporting directly to regional leadership. You’ll play a critical role in supporting the systems, rhythms, and materials that drive business development — helping us secure new opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and refine regional strategies.
This isn’t just a job; it’s a launchpad. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across EMEA, gaining exposure to every stage of business growth, from initial opportunities to long-term client strategy. Ideal for someone with the ambition to grow fast and the drive to make things happen, this role blends operational maturity, creativity, and commercial acumen. Responsibilities
Pipeline & Salesforce Management
- Act as the EMEA Growth Team’s Salesforce SME, owning data quality, reporting standards, and pipeline accuracy.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records; generate monthly and quarterly reports for regional reviews.
- Be the primary reference point for pipeline inquiries, ensuring leadership has actionable insights.
Growth Meeting Orchestration
- Schedule and coordinate all regional growth meetings, including:
- Senior leadership/client touchpoints.
- Bi-annual Client Planning Reviews for top accounts.
- Ensure seamless execution of agendas, materials, and follow-ups.

Deck Design & Production
- Design and deliver on-brand presentation decks (credentials, case studies, business reviews, pitch support) to AKQA’s industry standards.
- Translate raw inputs (e.g., client briefs, internal reports) into clear, visually compelling slides for internal and client presentations.
Regional Reporting Support
- Compile inputs for EMEA business reviews by:
- Gathering updates from studios.
- Extracting and synthesising Salesforce data into digestible, leadership-ready documents.
- Present coherent, analysable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Materials Repository & Knowledge Management
- Help build and maintain an accessible, well-organised repository of AKQA’s best work, including:
- Credentials, case studies, thought leadership, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and pitch decks.
- Ensure materials are easily discoverable for business development and account teams.
Culture & Collaboration
- Embed yourself deeply within the EMEA Growth Team, fostering trust and discretion across studios and seniority levels.
- Bring a collaborative, proactive energy to your work, ensuring alignment between operational excellence and creative ambition.

- Exceptional written and verbal skills — comfortable drafting:
- Agendas, meeting notes, and concise stakeholder updates.
- Clear, professional emails and briefing documents for senior leadership.

Systems & Data Confidence
- Comfortable navigating CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and picking up new systems quickly.
- Takes pride in data accuracy and efficiency.
Stakeholder Relationships
- Builds rapid trust with clients and internal teams alike, at all levels.
- Understands when to champion ideas and when to act as a strategic resource.
Appetite for Automation
- Interested in AI tools and workflow automation — even if not technically savvy, you see their potential to scalable efficiency.
Digital Tools Proficiency
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), Slack, Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with project/workflow management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) is a bonus.
Design Foundations
- Beginner-level fluency in Keynote and Figma for deck creation and design support.
