EMEA Marketing Coordinator
The EMEA Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across EMEA markets. Working closely with EMEA Category Marketing Managers and local market teams, this role ensures smooth campaign rollout and efficient day-to-day operations.
This position plays a key role in facilitating communication and coordination across multiple projects and supporting the consistency of campaign execution in line with EMEA priorities and global brand guidelines.
What Will You Do?
- Support the effective execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across EMEA, ensuring operational excellence and alignment across markets.
- Campaign Coordination & Execution Support
- Support the rollout of regional category campaigns across EMEA markets
- Assist in preparing and distributing campaign toolkits, guidelines, and assets
- Support Category Marketing Managers on campaign execution such as promotion calibration, pricing update, kitting brief and kit code creation
- Lead campaign POS development process (posters, top signage and various print materials) for each campaign
- Coordinate POS translation across EMEA markets and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery, while aligning with brand guidelines and local market requirements
- Work closely with the EMEA creative and VM teams to build the visual identity and in-store experience of each campaign
- Act as a point of contact for local markets for day-to-day operational enquiries
- Performance Tracking & Reporting Support
- Run and maintain weekly reports to track main KPIs, campaign effectiveness and promotion performances
- Support Category Marketing Managers in compiling post-campaign reports, including data extraction and consolidation of campaign performance data across markets
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide general administrative support to the EMEA Marketing team
- Support purchase order (PO) process

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or administrative roles
- Experience in an international or regional environment is a plus
- Exposure to retail, beauty, or FMCG industries is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working with data and numbers, with good Excel skills
