About The Role

As an EMEA Marketing Executive, you'll help deliver marketing activities that generate demand, support sales growth, and strengthen customer and distributor engagement across the Digital Printing business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Working closely with regional commercial teams and global marketing colleagues, you'll play a key role in translating strategy into effective local marketing programmes.

You'll be trusted to manage day-to-day campaign delivery and take ownership of Salesforce marketing processes, while having the opportunity to influence improvements, recommend new approaches, and contribute ideas that enhance marketing effectiveness across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Support the delivery of EMEA marketing campaigns across direct and distributor channels.
  • Coordinate events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Adapt and localise marketing content for regional markets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Own Salesforce marketing processes, including lead management, reporting, and data quality.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and business development teams across EMEA and globally.

About you

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and commercially-minded marketer who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering measurable results.

Core Knowledge, Skills, And Attributes

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or technical environment.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting campaigns, events, and content development.
  • Confidence working with data, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
