The role will be part of the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Oral Care Brand Team to drive the strategic Colgate brand growth.
The Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting the Director in the development and delivery of omnichannel, digital and e-comm assets for new launches and relaunches, in driving with the cross-functional team the execution of new products development and design.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist the Director in the development at EMEA commercial grids, 5P's marketing activities, digital activations and go-to-market plans.
- Support or drive New Products Development and activations plans, working in close collaboration with the cross-functional team (Local/Global Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain, Packaging).
- Partner with the hub teams to manage the existing business, drive portfolio harmonisation and identify short-term growth opportunities.
- Develop the full omnichannel, social and ecomm content with the Online Acceleration Center and the agency, from briefing to delivery to the countries, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Actively monitor and analyse consumer, market and competition activities to identify new upcoming trends to create business growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on project progress and campaign performance.

What You Will Bring
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications or similar field.
- Work experience or academic project experience in marketing, digital content creation or e-commerce content would be a plus, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Ambitious, eager to learn and able to take ownership of projects.
- Strong collaboration and the ability to integrate into a team across different cultures, functions and locations.
- Results-oriented and calm under pressure with skills in adaptability, organisation and creativity.
- Eye for details and comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
