EMEA Marketing Manager
Management Level G
Field Marketing Manager
LOCATION: Central London
HYBRID WORKING: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday
Notified is seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and promotion of events, webinars, and campaigns across our European locations—London, Paris, and Germany.
This role is critical to:
- Building brand awareness
- Generating demand
- Educating customers
- Accelerating the sales pipeline
- Delivering measurable ROI
Reporting to the Director of EMEA Marketing, you will collaborate with our global marketing team in North America to design and implement integrated marketing strategies that support our business goals and drive regional growth.
Responsibilities
Event and Campaign Execution

Work with marketing leadership to develop and implement Event, Webinar, and Digital marketing plans

Plan, organise, and execute events and webinars, including:
- Identifying goals
- Coordinating logistics
- Managing budgets and reporting
- Working with cross-functional and external teams

Manage the execution of industry tradeshows and Notified signature events, such as:
- Identifying key events
- Managing event vendors
- Assisting with booth selection, installation, and reconfiguration
- Compiling cost estimates
- Coordinating with internal teams
- Maintaining pre- and post-show communication
- Reporting on actual expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and timelines

Support regional marketing campaigns by:
- Coordinating content
- Tracking performance
- Ensuring alignment with local sales teams to drive lead generation and brand awareness

Establish and maintain professional relationships with vendors to ensure:
- Correct order specifications
- On-time delivery
- Compliance with internal processes

Work with the design team to ensure event graphics and messaging align with the Notified brand in a creative and accurate way

Analyse, track, and report on event and campaign ROI, using metrics such as:
- Pipeline contribution
- Revenue generation
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) via CRM and marketing tools

Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and strategies within event marketing
Minimum Qualifications
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with major coursework in:
- Marketing
- Communications
- Business Development
- Or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in the software/technology industry
- Proven experience as a Field Marketing Manager with:
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to follow internal processes
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects
- Ability to work with vendors and contractors for successful events
- Strong written and communication skills
- Analytical skills with event data analysis experience
Work Style

- Fluency in either French or German would be a bonus
